All of the listings I represent are custom marketed based upon the property’s buyer profile. Presenting a home in the most advantageous position for any market is a must! I excel in pricing homes for maximum return in a minimum amount of time. It all begins with a comprehensive market analysis to determine the components of the marketing plan including customized advertising, professional photography, list of suggestions and recommendations for conditional value, email marketing campaign, website presence on all major real estate websites, weekly activity and marketing report.
When Working with Buyers
The interview process is a must. It is critical when working together that everyone is on the same page and that time is well utilized. I make it a point to preview the properties before showing them to you to ensure my clients will only see the best homes within their parameters. During these times of multiple offers, my experience comes as an advantage. My buyers are ready with a pre-approval letter from a lender, the inspectors are lined up usually for the day after acceptance and all the dates are understood ahead of time to ensure the seller will be happy with the offer. My buyers usually win multiple offer situations due to terms, not necessarily price.
Relocation
Relocation has been a very large part of my business. It has been a focus since the 1980’s with the influx of businesses to the greater Seattle area. I offer “CEO Service” to all my clients and have been known to relocate entire company’s employees from various parts of the country.
